Read the booking, cancellation, payment, and health information that applies to every appointment.

Booking Policy

We work by appointment only. Choose a treatment, duration, date, and time online; payment is made at the studio.

●A reservation is required to secure your time slot. No charges are taken at the time of booking.
●We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to transition into a state of calm.
●The studio accepts one client per time slot and bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Time is our most precious element. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling.

Late cancellation or no-show fee: 15% of service

As a boutique studio, late cancellations affect our ability to serve other guests and sustain our practitioners' livelihood.

Please disclose any health conditions, allergies, or injuries during booking. Certain Thai techniques may be modified for your safety.

Fresh linens are prepared and contact surfaces are cleaned between appointments.

If you are pregnant, contact us before booking so we can discuss whether an available treatment is suitable for you.
